Troubleshooting

Buffering
  • Use wired Ethernet when possible; avoid Wi-Fi extenders.
  • Disable VPN/Proxy; pick the nearest server in app settings.
No audio / codec
  • Enable HEVC/H.265 if supported; try different decoder (HW/SW).
Login issues
  • Check caps/spaces; use Xtream Codes login (not “Playlist” unless told).
  • If still stuck, contact support and we’ll resend credentials.
